For practitioners

You set your rate. We never change it.

A referral network for dietitians, physical therapists, acupuncturists and counsellors who work with people in cancer treatment — built so the clinical relationship stays yours.

Where this actually is right now

We would rather lose you here than after you have done the paperwork.

  • We are new, and small. There are no verified practitioners on the network yet. We are not going to promise you a full calendar. Early practitioners get the whole of a small amount of attention, which is worth something — but it is not patient volume, and we will not pretend otherwise.
  • Payouts are not switched on yet. You can build your profile, set hours and take bookings, but we cannot move money to you until payment processing is connected. Do not join expecting to be paid this month.
  • We do not bill insurance for you. This is the thing Headway and Alma do that we do not. You list the plans you accept and your usual patient cost, and patients handle their own coverage.

What you keep

100%

of every session

We never take a cut of your sessions. Joining is free while we're early; when we start charging it will be a flat monthly subscription, announced well ahead.

Your rate

set by you, changed by nobody

You are not a subcontractor on someone else's insurance contract, so there is no third party who can reprice your work overnight. If your rate changes, it is because you changed it.

What we handle

The parts of running a cancer-adjacent practice that are admin rather than care.

Cross-state licensure

Telehealth licensure turns on where the patient is, not where you are. Tell us the states you are authorised in — by licence, compact privilege or telehealth registration — and patients outside them simply never reach your calendar. We block bookings past an authorisation's expiry date too.

Scheduling that respects your calendar

Set weekly hours in your own timezone. Paste your calendar's subscription link and we stop offering slots you are already busy in. Patients reschedule themselves; the 24-hour cancellation policy is enforced for you.

Packages, not just hours

Cancer care runs over months. Sell a course of sessions up front at a rate you choose. Sessions draw down automatically, cancellations return the credit, and the terms lock once someone has bought so nothing changes under them.

A safety net you are not on the hook for

If a patient reports severe distress or writes something that reads as self-harm, they are shown crisis resources immediately and it is flagged to you. Patients are told plainly that nothing here is monitored in real time, and that anything outside your scope goes to their oncology team or emergency services.

What joining involves

  1. 1

Create an account and build your profile

Credential, licence number and state, specialty, bio, rate, and roughly when you work. Ten minutes.

  2. 2

    We check your licence

Your NPI is looked up against the public NPPES registry and has to match your name. If you hold no NPI — common for dietitians and acupuncturists — a person reviews your licence by hand instead, and records why they approved it.

  3. 3

    You appear in search

Only to patients in states you are authorised to practise in, filtered by the plans you accept and what they are struggling with.

  4. 4

    Patients book you directly

Free intro calls to see whether you are a fit, then paid sessions or packages. You keep the relationship.

What we ask of you

  • An active, verifiable licence in at least one US state.
  • Real experience with people in or after cancer treatment — this is not a general wellness directory.
  • You work alongside oncology teams, not instead of them.
  • You keep your availability honest, so a patient who books is actually seen.

Interested in being early?

Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If it turns out we cannot send you patients, you will have lost an evening — and we would rather you find that out from us than discover it quietly over six months.
